In what could be termed a rare spectacle, currency notes as well as rose petals were showered on a wedding party from a helicopter in Mandi Bahauddin district, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

According to reports, the chopper flew overhead as the wedding party left Harraya village for a marriage hall situated at Phalia Road. 

It has been learned that the bridegroom’s brothers had arranged the helicopter for the purpose.
