Unidentified assailants fired gunshots at the vehicle of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Youth Wing leader Imtiaz Palari, killing the driver on the spot in Jamshoro.

According to the report broadcasted by 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday, Imtiaz Palari miraculously survived the gun attack.

“The gunshots were fired at the vehicle of the JI leader when he was on the way to a marriage ceremony,” police said.

“The dead body of the driver has been shifted to Nooriabad Trauma Centre,” they added.
