To make any decision to pass the No-Confidence Motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan, the members of the parliamentary party of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) have given full authority to party’s supremo Mian Nawaz Sharif and President Shehbaz Sharif, 24News HD TV Channel reported on Sunday.
PML-N Secretary Information Marriyum Aurangzeb has confirmed that the parliamentary party has authorized the Sharifs in the meeting held here in Islamabad on Sunday.
She said the behaviour of PM Imran Khan tells that he is about to be ousted. She said if the PTI-led government has no fear, then the National Assembly session should be called immediately.
Clearing the air over the vote of the no-confidence motion, PML-N leader Khawaja Asif said that the situation will be clear within the next 48 hours.
Asif claimed, “For bringing the vote of no-confidence against the premier, our numbers are complete.”
While PML-N leader Rana Tanveer Hussain claimed, “From the allied parties, we will get the positive response.”
He went on to claim, “Besides bringing the MPs from the allied parties, we will bring 20 other MPs.”
It is pertinent to note that during the PML-N parliamentary meeting, the MPs were taken into confidence over talks with the allied parties.
Besides this, the MPs were also taken into confidence on the progress made so far over the no-confidence motion.
