FIA arrest 2 fraudsters involved in human trafficking
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested two suspects who were involved in financial fraud and human trafficking, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
The suspects were identified as Muhammad Irshad and Zaman Khan. They were arrested from the Daska and Sialkot areas.
Accused Muhammad Irshad is a proclaimed offender who has been on the list of wanted human traffickers since 2023. Muhammad Irshad received 27,823 rials from citizens in Oman. The amount was transferred to his and his family’s bank accounts before he fled to Pakistan.
Another accused suspect Zaman Khan Arshad received 2.6 million rupees from citizens illegally to Italy for employment. The accused failed to send the citizens abroad. However, he failed to send them abroad and went into hiding. The FIA has initiated an investigation into the arrested suspects to uncover further details of their operations.
