The celebratory aerial firing left one person dead and injured 34 others including women and children in Karachi on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

The incident occurred in Shah Faisal Colony where a bullet from an unknown direction and hit a person who later expired. 

The aerial firing incidents were reported in Laiqatabad, Paposh, Burns Road, Malir, Federal B Area, Nazim Abad, Super Highway, Baldia Town, Tariq Road, Korangi, Orangi, and New Karachi.

Allegedly a person named Sohaib Saddique, owner of STS rent a car service, did aerial firing that spread widespread fear among people but reportedly police took no action against him.
