Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport reopened for flights on Friday after remaining closed for several hours due to thick fog, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
After an improvement in the situation with visibility standing at 800 metres, the authorities reopened the airport for taking off and landing of flights.
Earlier, the airport was shut down after dense fog blanketed the runway reducing the visibility to very low.
