Pakistan defers ferry services launching with Iran

Amid protests in Iran, Pakistan has postponed the opening of ferry service with Tehran as government had announced that services will be launched during the last week of January 2026. 

The government has suspended the booking of the service and announced that new booking date will be announced later. 

The government said that the decision has been taken in the wake of protest in Iran.
