UK announces addl 10 million pounds in aid for Pakistan’s flood victims

UK’s Minister of State for Foreign Commonwealth and Development Affairs (South Asia, Middle East, UN, Human Rights) Lord Tariq on Friday said that today his country had announced additional 10 million pounds in aid for the flood-affected people of Pakistan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
In a tweet, he said that after today’s announcement, the total amount provided by the UK to Pakistan for the flood victims now stood at 26.5 million pounds.
