Govt appoints four army officers in NAB

The services of four officers from the Pakistan Army have been transferred to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in a significant move aimed at bolstering anti-corruption efforts, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to a notification approved by Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar Ul Haq Kakra and issued by the Establishment Division on Friday, Brigadier Muhammad Khalid has been appointed as Director NAB.  Lieutenant Col Nadeem Muzaffar has been posted as Additional Director NAB.

Likewise, Major Waleed Khalid, hailing from the Military Intelligence Corps, has taken on the role of Deputy Director in NAB.

Major Qais Kamran Syed, also from the Military Intelligence Corps, has been appointed as Deputy Director of NAB.
