LHC orders transfer and posting of 38 judges of district courts

Lahore High Court (LHC) announced transfers and posting of 38 judges of district courts, overall 20 additional sessions judges, 6 senior civil judges and 12 civil judges were transferred and posted, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The notification was issued after the approval by LHC Chief Justice Alia Neelam as transferred judges were directed to report on new posting by October 16. 

According to the notification, in Additional District and Sessions Judges, Muhammad Asim was transferred from Lahore to Okara, Faisal Jamil from Silawali to Gujranwala, Muhammad Iqbal from Khushab to Faisalabad and Anwarullah was transferred from Kehror Lal Aisan to Faisalabad. 

In Additional District and Sessions Judges, Hidayatullah Shah was transferred from Jampur to Gujranwala, Afzal Hussain from Gujar Khan to Kamonki, Gul Abbas from DG Khan to Sahiwal, Anjum Mumtaz from Rajanpur to Sahiwal and Muhammad Naeem was transferred from Rajanpur to Sahiwal. 

In additional District and Sessions Judges list, Muhammad Shafiq was transferred from Samundri to Chichawatni, Khalil Ahmed from Bhakkar to Okara, Muhammad Riaz from Bhakkar to Okara, Ashfaq Ahmed from Sadiqabad to Multan, Muhammad Ilyas transferred from Piplan to Multan and Arshad Mahmood Jasra was transferred from Kallar Syedan to Rawalpindi. 

In Additional District and Sessions Judges list, Muhammad Ashraf was transferred from Sahiwal to Rajanpur, Muhammad Moin from Sahiwal to Rajanpur, Syed Jahangir Ali from Sahiwal to DG Khan, Muhammad Ijaz Raza from Chichawatni to Samundri and Naveed Khaliq transferred from Sargodha to Silanwali. According to the notification, in transfers of Senior Civil Judges, Shahzad Ehsan Butt was transferred from Khushab to Faisalabad, Amin Shahzad transferred from Faisalabad to Khushab, Muhammad Ali Gaddafi from Jhelum to Multan, Munaza Asim from Multan to Jhelum, Muhammad Ismail transferred from Bhakkar to Multan and Muhammad Ahmed transferred from Multan to Bhakkar.

The transfer of Civil Judges includes Mazhar Abbas was transferred from Kharian to Faisalabad, Adnan Ahmed from Shahkot to Faisalabad, Muhammad Rashid from Burewala to Faisalabad, Naveed Ahmed from Kabirwala to Faisalabad and Muhammad Azhar Javed was transferred from Rawalpindi to Multan. Moreover, in Civil Judges, Abu Bakar Naveed was transferred from Gujranwala to Multan, Muhammad Zulqarnain from Jaranwala to Rawalpindi, Tariq Mahmood from Lahore to Rawalpindi, Talat Arshad from Kasur to Rawalpindi, Adil Sarwar Sial transferred to Rawalpindi, Zartashia Bugti transferred from Jampur to Gujranwala and Muhammad Ashraf transferred from Gujranwala to Jampur. 

The transfer and posting of judges was notified by the Register office of Lahore High Court.
