In a series of tweets uploaded on Sunday, the PML-N spokesperson said, “You are bringing Media Development Authority so no one can call you selected. You are imposing the mindset of dictatorship, fascism, BJP and Nazi party in our country.”
She alleged that dictatorship is being imposed in the name of Media Development Authority as Prime Minister Imran Khan wants to become ‘Civil Martial Law Administrator’ in the country through Media Authority Bill.
“An elected and representative government is not afraid of criticism from the people and media,” she added. The PML-N spokesperson further said that the Media Development Authority (MDA) is being introduced so no one could talk about this incompetent and corrupt government.
She alleged that the government wants to snatch freedom of expression from the people ensured by the constitution.
