Naqvi invites Multanites to today’s National Champions Cup match

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohin Naqvi on Saturday invited cricket fans to watch the National Champions Cup match at Multan Cricket Stadium, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In his message, Mohsin Naqvi asked cricket fans to bring their families and friends with them.

He said that famous cricket stars of Pakistan, Sahibzada Farhan, Arafat Minhas, Hassan Ali, Sufyan Muqeem, Fakhar Zaman, Shadab Khan, Faheem Ashraf and Naseem Shah will participate in the match.

The cricket fans will see a big surprise at 10 pm in connection with the Independence Day celebrations of Pakistan.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has introduced fixed playing XIs for each team, alongside a 13-player reserve pool. Reserve players will only be permitted to replace players who suffer an injury or concussion during the tournament.

The 44-player squads and reserve pool have been selected as part of Pakistan’s preparations for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2027, allowing the national selectors to assess established players and emerging talent ahead of the global tournament in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia.
