The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight to Islamabad from Riyadh has been delayed for over 30 hours, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

Due to the lack of attention from PIA staff, the difficulties’ of 260 passengers were deepened.

The passengers complained that the PIA staff did not treat them well with good behaviour. The Saudi authority provided them with food and residence, they added. 

The PIA spokesperson said that due to bad weather conditions, the flight was landed at Dammam airport.

The flight had taken the passengers from Dammam to Riyadh again, the PIA spokesperson.

On landing at Riyadh airport, the pilot had refused to take the flight back to Islamabad. The pilot said that he was on duty for 14 straight hours.

The PIA spokesperson said that the flight will take off for Islamabad at 4 pm.
