It seems like a pure filmy scene, but this happened in Lahore where a team of Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) was taken ‘hostage’ at the residence of a high-profile police personality over non-compliance of additional work, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

The LESCO team was allegedly taken hostage at the house of DIG Shariq Kamal.

It has been reported that the LESCO team went there to redress and a complaint but the DIG ordered them to do some additional work which they refused.

After which the Lesco team was not allowed to leave as the police guards were keeping an eye on them.
