♦The budget of Punjab has set aside Rs6 billion for the welfare of citizens, Rs125 billion for public health facilities, Rs34 crore for roads and bridges, Rs80 billion for roads and bridges; Scouts will be given to workers, Rs1.5 billion has been set aside for the construction of new Danish schools, Rs 84 crore has been set aside for clean water supply

♦ Pervez Musharraf's possible repatriation discussed in the Senate - Senator Mushtaq Ahmed said if Pervez Musharraf can be brought back then open the doors of jails;  Senator Yousuf Raza Gilani said that we have no objection to Pervez Musharraf's repatriation. Senator Abdul Ghafoor Haideri says we should not hinder Pervez Musharraf's repatriation
