The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has granted the Punjab chief Secretary permission to make transfers and postings.

According to a circular Wednesday, the ECP allowed the officials to take leave.

The transfers and postings of officials of up to grade 19 working in the Punjab secretariat have been granted and the commission has issued directives to send the details to it.

The commission asked for seeking its permission for making transfers and postings of officials of grades 20-22 and police.
