Anzela Abbasi has appeared as a guest on the show ‘Podcast at the Nest’, where she talked about her career and revealed the reason for leaving acting.

She shared that her career began with modeling, and acting naturally followed due to family ties, but now she's pursuing music to creatively fulfill herself.
During the candid conversation with the host, the lady revealed that her departure from the Pakistani drama industry was due to the narratives not satisfying her artistic side.
According to Anzela, she mentioned that the repetitive saas-bahu sagas in Pakistani dramas led her to step away and further stated that while working in dramas, people start to think of you as a certain sweet, simple girl, which she is not in real life.
