Kashmore ASI’s daughter says she is girl of a brave father

The brave daughter of Kashmore who helped capture the main accused in a gang-rape case, Reshma, has said that she inherited her bravery from her father ASI Muhammad Bux Buriro.
 
Reshma is the daughter of Kashmore ASI Muhammad Bux and played a vital role in the arrest of a gang-rapist in Kashmore the other day.
A woman belonging to Karachi and her four-year-old daughter were gang-raped by three men in Kashmore after the woman was lured there with a promise of a Rs40,000 job.

The rapists let the woman go and told her she must exchange another woman for her daughter. The woman then went to the police and asked them for help.

ASI Muhammad Bux asked his wife to talk to the accused and pretend to be the woman they asked for and then sent his daughter with the victim to lure him.

Because of Reshma’s role in the case, the main suspect, Rafiq Malak was captured. He was later killed in a shootout.
In an exclusive interview with 24NewsHD TV channel, Reshma said her family planned to lure out the accused on phone. “I told him that I live in Karachi. He asked me to come to Kashmore where an attractive job is awaiting me.”
She said “When I told him that I have landed in Kashmore he asked me come to the City Park where he again told me to remove my veil which I did.”
Reshma said soon after her father, brother and other family members reached the spot and got hold of the accused. “Yeah, it takes guts to go through such a situation but I was able to that because I am a daughter of a brave father,” she added.
During the interview, Reshma appealed the authorities to ensure a job for his brother.
