As the list of people getting clean chit from the Punjab Anti-Corruption Establishment is growing day by day, the ACE has now cleared husband of Farah Gogi, a friend of former first lady and wife of PTI Chairman and ex-prime minister Imran Khan, and dropped an inquiry against him, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

The ACE set aside the inquiry related to accepting bribes over transfers and postings during former chief minister Usman Buzdar’s government against Ahsan Jameel Gujjar.

The ACE started the inquiry against Farah Gogi and Ahsan Jameel Gujjar on the basis of a source report.

According to the report, heavy bribes were accepted through frontmen for getting posts of officers’ choice.

The ACE, however, went against its report and dropped the inquiry.
