Modern Information & Computer System to be developed: PM

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that a sustainable and modern Information and Computer System will be developed in the country which will help Pakistan emerge as a hub of the IT sector in the region, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The prime minister issued these directives while chairing a review meeting in Islamabad on Monday regarding development of IT Training Ecosystem in Pakistan.

Shehbaz Sharif said youth should be trained for local transformation through modern training programmes in the IT sector.

He said the youth should also be imparted such trainings and skills in IT sector that ensure provision of employment to them.

Shehbaz Sharif said provision of competent IT manpower to local companies will be ensured, which will enable them to meet international requirements and bring foreign exchange in the country.
