An accountability court Wednesday deferred again the decision of acquitting the co-accused in the “assets beyond means reference” of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against former finance minister Ishaq Dar, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
NAB Prosecutor Afzal Qureshi and lawyers for the co-accused had appeared before the accountability court which deferred the acquittal of the co-accused on account of the case being pending in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
Sources privy to the report say that Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir will pronounce the verdict on March 30 on pleas by the co-accused.
It is to be noted here that the co-accused in the NAB reference against Ishaq Dar had challenged their indictment under an amended NAB ordinance.
