Punjab education minister announces schedule for high school, inter students
Punjab Education Minister Dr Murad Raas on Friday announced schedule for high school and intermediate students across the province.
Murad tweeted on Friday night, “ANNOUNCEMENT: Classes 9,10,11,12 to start in Public & Private Schools on April 19th on Monday & Thursday in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot, Multan, TT Singh, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, RYK, DG Khan. Remaining Districts to follow regular Schedule.”

Schools in Punjab and other provinces of Pakistan were closed once again when the third wave of coronavirus hit the country a few weeks ago. Keeping in view the increasing number of coronavirus patients in the country, smart lockdowns were imposed in several areas, working hours of businesses and industries were cut and movement of public transport was restricted.
