Islamabad police summon Imran Khan on multiple dates

The Islamabad police have summoned PTI Chairman Imran Khan to appear before it on June 17, 18 and 20 in connection with investigation into seven cases, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

The federal police sources divulged that the PTI chief has not joined the investigation in connection with the cases registered at Ramna, Golra and Kohisar police stations.

According to the police sources, the summons have been delivered at Imran Khan’s Zaman Park residence in Lahore.

NAB again summons PTI chief

The NAB on Friday again sent a call-up notice to Imran Khan, asking the PTI chief to appear before its team at NAB Rawalpindi office on June 21 at 11:00 am

Through the call-up notice, the NAB urged the former prime minister to bring with him documents relating to the Toshakhana case.

The NAB said as prime minister Imran Khan had received 108 gifts and 58 of them were not deposited in the Toshakhana.

Earlier, Imran Khan opted to skip appearance before combined investigation team of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in connection with Toshakhana case on Friday.

Sources said the PTI chief’s lawyers submitted a response from him to the NAB.

The NAB has sent a call-up notice to Imran Khan for today in Toshakhana case.
