Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmed on Thursday predicted that the opposition's All Parties Conference (APC) to be held on September 20 will fail, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Speaking in Rawalpindi, Sheikh Rasheed said Pakistan has buried National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) forever.
The minister alleged that PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif does not have the courage to go to jails and he is still looking for NRO but yesterday in parliament Pakistan has buried the NRO forever. “The opposition will do nothing but rally,” he added.

Sheikh Rashid Ahmed was addressing a gathering on the occasion of laying the foundation stone of the Emergency Block at Islamic International Medical College Trust Pakistan Railway, Rawalpindi. He said the hospital model is on Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis.
The carriage factory will be built by the International University China, he added.
