TLP offices sealed in Attock, Jund

The district administration and police have sealed the offices of Tehreek-e-Labbaik (TLP) in district Attock as part of a crackdown that is underway against the TLP, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
The ongoing drive has been launched after the federal government banned the TLP and designated it as a terrorist organization.
According to sources, the police have arrested 73 workers of the banned party while the TLP offices have also been sealed in Pindi Ghaib and Jund areas. Police said that a crackdown is launched as per the directions of the Interior Ministry.
Meanwhile, Internet services have been suspended in different parts of the provincial metropolis Lahore for the fourth consecutive day on Sunday.
Internet services have been suspended including in Allama Iqbal Town, Muslim Town, Moon Market, Wahdat Road, Gulberg, Bastami Road, Dholanwal, Shah Jamal, Shadman, Shah Kamal, Ittihad Colony and on Samanabad’s L.O.S Road.
The residents of the respective areas are facing difficulties due to the internet service shutdown.
