Office timings announced for Ramadan
The federal government on Wednesday announced revised working hours for its institutions during the holy month of Ramadan.
An official notification in this regard has been issued by the Establishment Division, outlining the new schedule for federal government offices.
According to the notification, offices operating five days a week will remain open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm during Ramadan. Meanwhile, offices observing a six-day workweek will function from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Additionally, the working hours for all government offices on Fridays have been fixed from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.
The notification states that the revised timings will come into effect immediately and will remain applicable throughout Ramadan.
