Noted politicians have paid tribute to host, actor and politician Tariq Aziz for his unmatchable services in promoting harmony for building a stronger nation.

Former prime minister Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said the deceased was among his old friends and a key member of PML-Q. “We had deliberations before going for taking bold decision during political matters.

Punjab Assembly Speaker Ch Parvez Elahi said Tariq was like a family member. Tariq will be remembered for his unmatchable services. He prayed the Almighty may the departed soul in in eternal peace.

Also, MNA Moonis Elahi, PML-Q Secretary General Tariq Bashir Cheema, General Secretary Kamil Ali Agha and Senior Vice-President Ch Salim Baryaar also paid homage to the decease. They prayed for the departed soul.
