Famous singer Atif Aslam has also come on the Federal Board of Revenue’s radar as the Regional Tax Office has issued a notice to the singer over non-payment of tax, reported 24News HD TV Channel Thursday.

According to the details, the Regional Tax Office of the Federal Board of Revenue has issued a notice to Atif Aslam over the non-payment of Rs6 million in Advance Tax.

In January 2021, the FBR had sent a tax notice worth Rs58 million to Atif Aslam after auditing the singer's 2018 income.

It should be noted that this is not the first time that an artist has come on the radar of FBR as singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan is also facing the FBR notices over tax evasion.
