Pakistan Railways Divisional Superintendent Quetta on Tuesday said that all the repairing and maintenance work on railway track which was damaged during attack on Jaffar Express completed, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The Divisional Superintendent said that all the bogies which were damaged during the incident already arrived at Mach Railway Station.

As many as five bogies were partially damaged during attack on Jaffar Express.

Pakistan Railway Divisional Superintendent said that about 372 feet of railway track near Mushkaf tunnel was damaged during attack on March 11, 2025.

It is necessary to mention here that train service from Quetta to Peshawar and from Quetta to Karachi remained suspended for seventh consecutive day.

It is necessary to mention here that Jaffar Express had nine coaches and a locomotive. Three of them were derailed by the terrorists through blasts while bullet holes pierced the body of the remaining coaches.

Sources said that normal railway service will be restored after obtaining clearance from the relevant authorities.
