The Eid Miladun Nabi public holiday falling tomorrow has made many people to enjoy a long weekend as many have taken their day off today (Monday) to avail a package of four holidays in a row, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Like many government officials, the staff of interior ministry also enjoyed the long weekend. So many officers at the ministry did not come to the office to perform their duties. They are enjoying a holiday package starting from Saturday and will last till Tuesday (tomorrow). 

Interior secretary Yousaf Naseem Khokhar along with his entire staff did not attend office today. The officials working in admn section, visa section, security section and other departments also remained absent today. 

Only Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmad and few other officers of the ministry including additional secretary Momin Agha, special secretary Capt ® Sher Alam, additional secretary Fakhar Alam and Ayub Chaudhry were present in their offices.
