Two arrested in gang rape, fraud case in Lahore

Green Town Police have arrested two suspects accused of sexually assaulting a woman after luring her with a job offer, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.

The suspects allegedly extorted Rs500,000 from the woman by promising to secure her a job.

The victim had submitted a complaint during DIG Operations Faisal Kamran’s open court, following which police took action against the suspects.

According to the DIG Operations spokesperson, the arrested suspects were identified as Allah Ditta and Amir.

DIG Operations Faisal Kamran commended the Green Town SHO and his team, saying sexual crimes against women and children were intolerable and those involved would face severe punishment.
