Special Assistant on National Security Division and Strategic Policy Planning Moeed Yusuf says contrary to the canard being spread about him, he only holds citizenship of one country and that is Pakistan.

In a tweet on Sunday, he also shared the affidavit, which he had previously submitted to the government.

Moeed Yusuf says he has not returned to the US since he took up his current responsibility and has no employment or income in the US. He said that he or his family has no fixed property anywhere but Pakistan.

In the tweet, he wrote: “Contrary to the canard being spread about me, I only hold citizenship of ONE country and that is Pakistan. Here is the affidavit I had previously submitted to the government.”
