A session court in Karachi on Monday acquitted all the four accused in Zafir Zubairi murder case following a settlement reached between them and the petitioner in the case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Zafir’s father Faheem Zuberi, the petitioner in the case, said he pardoned Khawar Burni, Junaid Shah, Hammad Khan and Abdur Rehman without any demand for Diyat or Qisas.

Zubairi had been murdered in Defence, Karachi in 2017, and the case of his murder had been registered with Sahil police station.
