Brother turns out to be murderer of three little girls in Muzaffargarh

Muzaffargarh police solved the mystery of the blind murder of three young sisters by tracing out within 12 hours the suspected murderer who turned out to be none other than the girls’ elder brother, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

The accused was identified as Basit, and he confessed to his crime while being interrogated.

The police traced out and arrested the accused using the modern methods of investigation.

The accused lured his sisters one by one to a quarter adjacent to the house and slaughtered them with a knife.

The accused himself reported to the police about his sisters gone missing and pretended to search for them along with the police.

It is to be noted here that the dead bodies of three little sisters with their throats slit were found in the Thermal Colony of Muzaffargarh on Tuesday.

The girls, aged between 6 and 11, had gone missing. On being informed, the police launched a search operation and found their bodies from an adjacent quarter in Thermal Colony.

Police found that the throats of the girls were slit.

Police said they were investigating the case and the facts surrounding the gruesome murders would be revealed soon.

The slain girls were identified as Fatima, Zehra and Areesha.

The Punjab IG Police took notice of the grisly triple murder and asked the RPO to immediately send him a report. He directed the police to trace out the murderers by adopting all available modern investigation techniques.
