Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) parliamentarian Saleem Mandviwalla has said that his statement about relations and trade with Israel is being distorted.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the PPP leader said in a statement issued here on Sunday that he does not support recognizing Israel.

The PPP parliamentarian said the people of Pakistan are being misled by distorting his statement. He added that accepting Israel is not in Pakistan's interest.

He further stated that the police of Pakistan and the PPP’s position toward Israel is very clear as its atrocities against unarmed Palestinians are in front of the whole world.

Mandviwalla has said that the silence of the globe on Israel's atrocities on unarmed Palestinians is worrying.
