Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) Vice-Chancellor (VC) Mansoor Akbar Kundi Friday banned the holding of any kind of events in the university, reported 24NewsHD TV.

No department or student organization will be allowed to hold the event without special permission from VC.

However, the academics and societies must seek special permission, one month before the date of the event.

 It was also an issue to have two events in a day in Jinnah Auditorium and to make the Vice-Chancellor the special guest, new conditions have been imposed for streamlining events.
