PML-N finalises protests plans against ballooning inflation from tomorrow

The Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Tuesday announced to come out on the streets and record protest against PTI-led government over ballooning inflation and economic catastrophe from October 20, reported 24NewsHD TV.
In a high-level party meeting chaired by Shehbaz Sharif, it was decided to take direct action to protect the rights of the people.
The party meeting was attended by former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Ahsan Iqbal, Khawaja Saad Rafique, Maryam Aurangzeb. The Presidents and general secretaries of the party's four provinces including Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB), were also presented in the meeting.
The PML-N has finalised a program of rallies, processions and demonstrations for nationwide protests.
The decision to launch nationwide protests from tomorrow has prompted party officials in the provinces and districts to call for protests.
In the meeting, the decision was made that Pakistan Muslim League-N will hold its first protest in Rawalpindi in connection with the nationwide protest.
Various committees were formed for the joint action of central and provincial officials in connection with the nationwide protest.
Meanwhile, a meeting of local leaders of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Islamabad has convened tomorrow at Pakistan Muslim League -Nawaz (PML-N) Central Secretariat to protest against ballooning inflation.
The meeting will be attended by local leaders of PDM parties including Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, Maulana Abdul Majeed Hazaravi.
In the meeting the date and venue of the protest in Islamabad will be determined.
In the meeting, a strategy about making the Islamabad demonstration a success will also come into the considerations.
The meeting will be held tomorrow at 2 pm.
