Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) personnel have seized over one ton and 540 kilograms of drugs and arrested six accused including a woman in seven different operations during countrywide crackdown, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

According to spokesperson of ANF, one ton and 150 kg hashish was recovered from Qila Abdullah while 170 kg hashish was recovered near Sariab Road Quetta and arrested accused.

Moreover, 105 kg hashish was recovered from Coastal Highway near Gwadar while 72 kg hashish was recovered from the accused near Super Highway Karachi and 38 kg heroin was recovered from Kuchlak bypass Quetta.

On the other hand, 2 kg of hashish, 1 kg of opium and 1 kg of ice were recovered from 2 accused including a woman near University Road Peshawar while 1 kg of ice was recovered from the accused in Peer Wadhai Mor, Rawalpindi.

Cases under the Anti-Narcotics Act have been registered against the arrested accused and investigation has been started.
