Hailey to get major chunk of Justin Bieber’s $300m fortune in case of divorce
Hailey and Justin Bieber reportedly didn’t sign a prenuptial agreement, which could mean Hailey would be entitled to a significant portion of Justin’s estimated $300 million fortune if they were to divorce, according to reports.
Attorney Neama Rahmani weighed in on the situation, noting that custody and child support for their child, Jack Blues, would be the biggest legal challenge. However, the financial aspect could also get complicated.
“Hailey is a Baldwin, but Justin has more earning power. If the divorce rumors are true, he’ll have to pay her a significant amount, especially because they reportedly married without a prenup,” Rahmani explained.
Despite Hailey’s own success with her Rhode beauty line, modeling career, and brand deals, her net worth is estimated at $20 million.
The couple has been facing ongoing speculation about their relationship, with insiders saying they are often "out of sync" and sometimes go days without speaking. Justin has also been spotted looking gaunt and disheveled during solo outings in New York, which has concerned fans.
Cryptic social media posts have only added fuel to the breakup rumors, including a deleted message from Justin that read, “co-parenting is failing.” More recently, he left a flirty comment on Keke Palmer’s Instagram, which has raised more questions about his marriage.
“Hailey has been struggling with Justin almost since the beginning of their marriage,” a source said. “She loves him deeply, but he’s unpredictable. She’s put up with a lot.”
At this time, neither Justin nor Hailey have publicly commented on the divorce rumors.
