Pakistani actress, TV host and model Sonya Hussyn Bukharee is exceedingly unsettled and has revealed her reservations about common showbiz rituals over the Eid segment of ‘Time Out With Ahsan Khan’.

We should mention here that Sonya is not an ordinary actress. 

She has portrayed brilliant acting skills in many Pakistani projects and if someone has to know about what goes on in the showbiz industry, it has to be Sonya.

On the set of an Eid segment, Sonya revealed that she has yet not received her payment for the movie ‘Tich Button’ and it has been two long years. The movie was produced by another Pakistani actress Urwa Hocane.

Wow Sonya. Your patience should be applauded.

She revealed, “It has been two years, I have done all the work for the movie but still haven’t received my payment cheque for Tich Button”.

If we should say so, this isn’t unusual in the showbiz industry worldwide.

For instance, let’s talk about Jennifer Lawrence who played the lead role of Katniss Everdeen in ‘The Hunger Games’.

We have all seen Hunger Games and surely everyone is a die-hard fan.

Jennifer even got nominated for her lead role in the Oscars.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the actress was paid only $500,000 for her spectacular role.

But after the movie hit a major milestone she received further bonuses summing up to more than a million.
