Federal govt reshuffles bureaucracy

Musaddiq Ahmed Khan, a Grade-22 officer, has been assigned the additional charge of Secretary, National Food Security and Research Division, 24NewsHD TV reported. 

According to an official notification issued by the Establishment Division on Wednesday, Musaddiq Ahmed Khan has been entrusted with the additional responsibilities for a period of three months or until a permanent appointment is made, whichever occurs earlier.

He is currently serving as Chairman of the Pakistan Tobacco Board.

He will continue to hold his existing position alongside the additional charge, as per the notification.

An OSD in the Establishment Division, Sadia Sarwat Javed, who’s a Grade-22 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service, has been posted as a Member of the Prime Minister’s Inspection Commission.

The notification stated that Saadia Sarwat Javed has been assigned the new role with immediate effect.
