Move to replace 1122 with 911 thwarted

The interior ministry has refused to change the emergency numbers of 1122 and 15, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

It is to be noted here that 911 had been suggested as the new emergency number.

However, the interior ministry refused to change the emergency numbers.
