PIA suspends international flights operation

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has suspended its international flights operation on temporary basis.
According to the PIA administration, no international PIA flight will take off from March 22 (Sunday). The suspension order will remain in effect till March 28 (Saturday).
The Airlines made the decision on the directive of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), the administration said on Saturday.
It may be mentioned that the PIA was left with no choice but to suspend the international flights after all virus-affected countries had banned the foreign flights.
According to another development, the PIA meanwhile is senitizing all the planes in its fleet.

Aircraft are senitized and disinfected before each flight. Gloves and masks are mandatory for flight staff while handling passengers, says a tweet the PIA.
