The film 'The Queen of My Dreams' will be released this Eid-ul-Fitr, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

'The Queen of My Dreams' is a 2023 Canadian comedy-drama film that has been written and directed by Pakistani-British filmmaker Fawzia Mirza.

The cast of the film includes Amrit Kaur, Nimra Bacha, Ali Kazmi, Hamza Haq, Charlie Boyle, Kirstin Howell, Josh MacDonald, Lindsay Watters, Kya Mosey, Emerson MacNeil, Meher Jaffri, Ayana Manji, Adnan Jaffar and Bakhtawar Mazhar.

In the film, Amrit Kaur played the role of Azra, a Pakistani-Canadian woman who has had a strained relationship with her parents since coming out as a lesbian and undergoes an emotional journey after the sudden unexpected death of her father Hassan (Hamza Haq).

The film has also received various awards as well as screened at the Cannes Film Market in May 2023.
