Fire breaks out in Karachi building

A fire broke out in a building near Baloch Colony Bridge in Karachi on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to rescue sources, the fire that broke out in the generator room also engulfed the parking lot and the second floor.
Initially, four fire brigade vehicles participated in the process of extinguishing the fire.
According to Chief Fire Officer Humayun Khan the fire has been brought under control after struggle and now the cooling process is underway.
Chief Fire Officer said difficult conditions arose due to smoke during rescue operation.
He said seven vehicles brought the fire under control.
No one is allowed to enter the building until the cooling is completed, Humayun Khan said.
