Gold skyrockets to all-time high

The gold price Saturday continued to surge, as the greenback is dominating against the rupees, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The price of 24-carat gold has increased by Rs600 per tola.

With this spike, the price of 24-carat gold reached Rs139,300 per tola.

Yesterday, the price of 24-carat gold was Rs138,700 per tola.

The price of 10-gram gold of 24-carat has also been increased by Rs514 to reach Rs119,427.

The price of 10-gram gold of 22-carat has also popped and now is being traded for Rs109,475.

The price of 24-carat and 10-gram silver remained stable by Rs1570 and Rs1346.02, respectively.

In the international market, the price of gold per ounce has also been surged by $4.

The international rate for the gold per ounce has now reached $1847, yesterday it was available at $1843.
