If PM Shehbaz can appear in court why not Shireen Mazari: Maryam Nawaz

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice-President Maryam Nawaz Saturday said if Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif can hold himself accountable, then why not Shireen Mazari, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Addressing the social media team in Lahore, Maryam Nawaz said Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz presented before the court.

PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz has said that she was not happy with the arrest of Shireen Mazari, adding she will bring it in front of everyone, what National Accountability Bureau (NAB) did to her.

Maryam said the case against Shireen Mazari was registered during Usman Buzdar's government, adding the Anti-corruption may arrest Shireen Mazari for some reason.

Maryam Nawaz said if Shireen Mazari is innocent then she will stand by her first.

Maryam Nawaz said attempts are being made to play 'woman card' over the arrest of Shireen Mazari.

Maryam said she came to know from TV report that Shireen Mazari was arrested, adding PML-N will not involve in any sort of political revenge.

Maryam said Shehbaz Sharif's speech on yesterday was a breath of fresh air.

Maryam lashed out at PTI and said nothing has been done in four years, but only revenge was taken.

The PML-N Vice President said the people are suffering the consequences of what happened 4 years ago

Maryam said it only has four weeks, since PML-N's government came to power

Maryam further said the looting of the last four years has made Pakistan has put the country into sensitive
