Mudassir Tipu, Pak envoy to Iran successfully completes his term
Pakistan Ambassador to Iran Muhammad Mudassir Tipu has said that his term as envoy has successfully been completed.
Taking to his official social media account on X, Mudassar Tipu said that despite the challenges, he served the country diligently in further strengthening Pak-Iran relations.
He said according to the Prime Minister's vision, Pak-Iran bilateral relations have improved significantly in the last three years.
Mudassar Tipu said high-level visits have expanded relations, trade has increased by about one billion dollars.
Talking about regional tension during Iran-Us and Israeli war, Mudassar Tipu said Pakistan's mediation efforts averted a major crisis which created hope for peace and stability. The first Pak-Iran Trade Conference was held in Tehran, new trade routes and commodities were introduced. He said transit trade created vast opportunities besides security cooperation.
He said thousands of Pakistanis were brought back home during two wars and best facilities were provided to pilgrims and thousands of people were served.
Mudassar Tipu thanked the cooperation of the Iranian leadership and his team in Iran which supported him in difficult times. Mudassar Tipu expressed my best wishes to the new ambassador.
