KP police seize loader-rickshaw packed with explosives

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police have foiled a terrorist attack in Peshawar, arrested a terrorist and recovered explosive material from a loader-rickshaw, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

Inspector General of Police (IGP) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Akhtar Hayat Khan announced award and certificate for the police team who seized the loader-rickshaw packed with explosives..

As per details, the police seized the rickshaw near Bara, Nala check post and recovered a huge quantity of explosives and arrested the would-be suicide bomber.

According to police about 350 kilograms of explosive material (four full drums), two gas-filled cylinders, two electronic circuits and a battery were recovered from the loader rickshaw.
