Dr Omer Adil arrested

Dr Omer Adil has been arrested for hate speech and using abusive language against a community on social media.

The arrest was reportedly made by the Federal National Cyber Crime Agency (NCCA) after following a citizen's complaint.
Adil is no stranger to controversies. He often drew attention on social media for making provocative remarks against popular celebrities and current affairs.

In July 2024, He was arrested for offering the sexiest remarks against a renowned journalist at a talk show. After this, he apologized publicly.
Later in 2024, a session court dismissed his bail in a cybercrime case filed by TV host Ayesha Jahanzeb, who alleged that he had posted sexually explicit comments against her on social media.
